HANDMADE AIYU JELLY

More than a refreshing drink, this is a hands-on experience in transformation.
Using a distinctive Alishan aiyu variety grown above 1,000 metres, gently wash and knead the seeds, watching the liquid set into a delicate jelly. Add your own flavours to create a cool, refreshing drink. The forest energy held within each seed becomes a crystal-clear memory of the mountains.
