At ton’u Kitchen, millet sheaves shape the space. In the Cou language, ton’u means millet, once a staple of the Cou people. Grain-inspired seating evokes harvest and sharing, while the buffet brings together Chiayi favourites, Alishan ingredients and Cou cuisine, with meats and vegetables fired in the Josper grill.
