Reservation Hold for Credit Card Payments

If a credit card payment fails and the booking cannot be completed, the hotel will contact you with alternative payment options.

Please complete payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, the room will be released and the reservation will not be held. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Guest Policy

• One child under 12 may stay free per room when sharing existing bedding.

• Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.

• Triple occupancy is available only in 1 King Premium Sofa Bed, 1 King Suite/ 2 Double Suite, and 1 Bedroom Suites. Additional charges apply.

• The hotel does not offer rooms for 4 guests. Parties of four must book 2 rooms.

Service Animal Policy

Guide dogs and service animals are welcome. Our team will provide the necessary assistance so guests and their service animals can use the hotel’s facilities safely and comfortably.
